We provide consultancy services, either as part of the projects we execute or as a separate service to clients. Our services as consultants includes TOR development for IT projects and contracts, assisting clients in technical and financial evaluation, negotiations and finalizing contracts and agreements. We manage preparation and finalisation of Systems Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications for application software development projects. We have carried out Surveys and Studies, relating to IT and Communication Projects and Infrastructure and have assisted in arranging Venture Capital and Business Management Support for IT projects.
