We
integrate our own solutions with specialized tools and solutions
developed by our business partners. Our current focus is integration
with Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Intelligence
(BI) tools and products.
We work effectively in carrying out successful implementation of
Turnkey IT Projects, involving Hardware, Networking, Communication
and Software. We have undertaken turnkey implementation of large
projects in Pakistan, both singly and in consortium arrangements.
The business format of our projects has varied, from Build &
Transfer (B&T) to Build, Operate Transfer (BOT) to Build, Own,
Operate, Transfer (BOOT). Our involvement in such time extended
projects has created value for our clients by identifying
opportunities for business process outsourcing (BPO). Segregating
core business areas from areas that are outsourced creates new
business models for our clients.
Our solutions integration extends to designing interfaces with
point-solutions. Especially in the area of registration and
licensing systems, such as vehicle registration systems we have
played a defining role in designing systems that address the unique
requirements of environments with fast growing vehicle and driver
populations. Our systems integrate with secure point solutions,
including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems, RFID
systems, secure UV verifiable registration documents, to provide the
complete and end-to-end solutions.
Our specialization lies in gaining an in-depth understanding of the
specific business of our clients, enabling us to design systems and
develop software with a sound knowledge of micro and macro level
objectives and reporting requirements.
